What techniques are currently the best for these genomic analyses, and what new methods need to be developed? A variety of sample preparation, sequencing, and computational methods are needed to perform the most informative studies. The workshop can include reports describing the known approaches, and panel and/or informal discussions can address the question of what new approaches are needed.
